I’ve been using this for a bit and I’m happy with it. The scent is clean without being too strong, and it actually lasts longer than I expected. The bottle arrived in good shape too, so overall I’ve got no complaints. Definitely feels like a solid buy.

Trying to use the site on my phone was a whole episode. The menus kept jumping around like they had somewhere better to be, and checkout was basically Captain Slow. I gave up twice before I finally got my order through. Definitely needs some fixing

It was a bit hit or miss honestly. The selection felt limited, and I couldn’t really find the scents I was hoping for. Might work for some people, but there just weren’t enough options for me.

The box showed up in good shape, and the bottles were wrapped really well — always a relief. One corner was a little dented, but nothing leaked or seemed damaged, so it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, I’m happy with it.

Support did end up fixing my issue, so I’m happy about that. The only thing is the reply took a while to come through — not the end of the world, just a little frustrating when you’re waiting around.

I bought this hoping it would actually last a while, but the smell was basically gone after about an hour. it feels like these kinds of products always promise a long-lasting scent and then disappear right away. Disappointing and not worth it for me

i ordered from scentiausa and ended up returning it because it just wasn’t what i expected. the return process felt a little confusing, and i had to email them more than once just to figure out what was happening.

they did eventually refund me, so it wasn’t a complete loss, but it took way longer than i think it should have. it was just annoying, and i probably wouldn’t order again unless i was totally sure about what i was getting.

I picked up a diffuser from Scentia i’m happy with it so far. The scent fills my living room nicely without being overpowering, which is exactly what I was hoping for. I do kind of regret not spending a little more time with the settings at first, because it took me a bit to figure everything out and the instructions could definitely be clearer. The only thing I wish was better is that the mist could be a little more consistent sometimes. Still, overall it’s been a good buy and I’m glad I got it.

I ordered from Scentia USA thinking I might be getting a better deal than usual, but after trying it, I personally didn’t feel like the value was really there.
